PANTHER CREEK VILLAGE AT A GLANCE
The Village of Panther Creek initially opened in 1977 as the 2nd village of The Woodlands to be developed. Panther Creek is now home to over 12,000 residents and nearly 3,600 homes located throughout 22 subdivisions.
Named for the creek running through it, Panther Creek borders the west shore of the 200-acre Lake Woodlands, and has become a highly desired area due to its convenient location with easy access to I-45 and local amenities.
Residents are within walking or biking distance to: Lake Woodlands, The Cynthia Woods Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Tinseltown, Town Center, Panther Creek Shopping center, local schools, and several of The Woodlands most popular parks.
Panther Creek Village Association is a 501(c)(4) non-profit civic organization.
Our mission is to represent the residents of Panther Creek in dealings with the various local, county, state, and federal governing bodies, as well as business and community associations within Montgomery County, Texas.
Our purpose is to be your advocate in resolving complaints involving the Villages and the various associations involved in providing services and governing the community of The Woodlands.
Our funding comes in part from an annual grant from The Woodlands Township and from fund raising activities conducted by our board members.
Members of the governing board are elected by residents of Panther Creek in a annual general community-wide election and serve two year terms.
Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, at 7:00 P.M. in the Community Association building and are open to the public.
All residents or owners of property with the Village of Panther Creek are considered members, and eligible to vote in the annual elections and/ or run for board positions.
